Is it just me, or did Commonwealth seem unusually quiet today - like the crowd was kind of passive and not really into it? There seemed to be 100x more energy at Empire and it was just a preseason game.jcalhoun wrote:I wasn't at the preseason tilt, but I suspect it is going to be loud. In one of the preseason post-game interviews Brent Johnson made a comment about it being difficult for them to communicate on defence, so I hope noise doesn't prove a detriment. But we've got to get the place rocking as soon as play is whistled in, because I'm thinking if the crowd is roaring when the coach is on the speaker in Durant's ear, it will also pick up the crowd noise. Regardless, I'm betting on three time count violations and a similar number of offsides because of the noise.
