I’m not sure what he’s seeing. A few more upper bowl tickets have been sold but 30,000 looks like a more realistic target.
40,000 might be wishful thinking, but it's smart to throw it out there. If people hear it's going to be a big crowd, it'll create more of a FOMO type feel.
I was at that 1986 game. It struck me as a disappointing and rather lifeless crowd.
