In the Ottawa-Hamilton game , after Lewis Ward missed the convert, one of the Hamilton players grabbed, and was holding Ward for some unknown reason. But , even though the kick was a miss, the play was still active until one of the Hamilton players wit h the ball took a knee.
Even though Ward had no chance of getting to the ball (and most likely no intent) why was there no call for holding, since he was being impeding while the pay was still ongoing?
