I've seen two different takes with one saying 10pm EDT and the other 10pm Local Time. Either way I think those are the deadlines for the cuts with teams likely going through the process of offering PR agreements, which can take time, before making the announcement.

Who are the Lions final cuts ? Tried searching the Lions website and CFL.ca Seems to be a big secret.

The Lions are usually the last team to announce their cuts, and the information is always limited. They don’t finalize their roster until the eve of their first regular season game, when they declare their injured lists, including healthy scratches.

My guess is that we won't learn of any BC Lions transactions until the morning. No one is working on announcements now.

Tks. At this point 10:30 might not see anything on CFL.ca until morning given it's 1:30am back in CFL offices.
