Twice Clarke in position to make plays and is simply outmuscled for the ball. Second half meltdown all but complete. 19 unanswered points.

Lions shoot themselves in the foot again with a penalty on the kick return.

Can we please clean house at the end of the season? This is one horribly coached team. HC, Offence and Defence.

A bad kick by Leone and a stupid penalty cost that go ahead TD by the Eskimos. Not suprised , you could see that coming for the last quarter and a half! :bang: :bang:

The B.C. defence has played well but they've been on the field too much in the fourth quarter.

Luckily the FG bid failed fast enough that we have time enough to punt it away.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Quick slants will move the ball against this Edmonton defence. The Lions are running too many intermediate patterns into the heart of the secondary.

Jennings suddenly looks completely lost. Gunslinger mentality gone. Might be most painful loss of a bad season.

Simpson runs over Craig Roh for first down. Seen that movie before. And now face masks penalty to boot.

Back breaking face mask call against Roh.

68 seconds and no timeouts left and a 1st down. That should do it.

This is one bad team and we have become the laughing stock of the CFL with teams like Winnipeg.

Braley needs to sell in the off-season and entire coaching/mangagement team replaced before it is too late.

Should be 0:15 left after the FG makes it 29-23 Edm.

Yep.
