This is looking ugly. Could be a blessing though. If the game goes the way it's looking it could be a nice reality check for the team with enough time to reel it in. Also makes them hungrier for a CGY WF opnt.

McCallum has no leg.
Yup. The coverage just outruns him. We should actually put a guy onside every punt, we'd prob snag the odd one.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Paul McCallum is looking awful. The cold should not affect him. He played in Saskatchewan for God's sake.

Finally something goes our way, Phillips INT and he fumbles it right back. :bang:

The boys don't look like they have the same intensity. Hate to say it but they don't look interested,

24-0. Is it too late to black this one out?

It looks like the Lions quit when they saw the weather forecast .

I am calling the Calgary SPCA for mistreatment of animals - Lions and that horse.

Reminds me of the 72-6 SFU loss to Cal Poly many years ago where the SFU players were saying the horse for CP was near dead by the end of the game.

Lionking - this I put down to the weird week and the fact the game means nothing. Total collective let down.

MB had less than a stellar week - plug and play.

First touch by harris - play is a joke...

No faith sj-roc?
At the rate things are going we'll be lucky to see 60 SECONDS of football tonight.

Good thing the Lions clinch 1st last week. I would be royally pissed if this was a meaningful game the way the Lions are playing. :bang:

McCallum just needs to get ahold of Doug Flutie for drop kick lessons

Every successful team has look like ametures sometimes by halftime...it a long game and many outcomes can be overturned after the half...we have nothing to prove, so lets stay loose and roll with the dice.

It has to be the white pants. That's the only explanation I can come up with.
