The extra man did allow the surge to happen for the Riders, as they strung out the Als line a little further than the second attempt. However had they nixed the endzone returner, they would be celebrating a GC victory. Not sure why they bothered with the returner being up two though......

That action by LaPolice would be good on the old Agony of Defeat intro form the Wide World of Sports.
Entertainment value = an all time low
