I mentioned this issue in another thread before. In Commonwealth Stadium, in the sidelines, the corners are clipped so that it`s not a true rectangle. Had that receiver caught that ball, he probably would have had a TD in other stadiums.

Isn`t there CFL regulation field rules with regards to the end zone. It should be 20 yards long for a TD. But that doesn`t apply to corners.

The CFL fields use to be 25 yards deep until BC Place was built, they then trimmed the depth to the 20 yard endzones that we have. They are pretty good for the most part, it was really difficult during the US expansion era.

Ivor Wynne used to have cutoff corners too but I think they set it to full size a few years ago.
