Not too surprising. Someone will give him a look. If its the Riders, maybe he'll do better there than he did in Hamilton. Certainly have a cast of experienced receivers.

I think the Riders have left a slot open to acquire a starting QB, there is no way they were going into battle this season with D. Durant at the helm...with a bunch of unknowns as backups.

The Riders could probably sign Printers for $250k as the starter, while he could perhaps earn $200k from the Argos as K. Joseph's backup...taking over Bishop's role.

I could see the Argos pursuing CP and letting KJ go, otherwise CP ends up in Winnipeg with Glenn entering the merry go round.

You know Casey has some baggage he brings but he is an athlete. He had some magic with Geroy. I think he could challenge for a number one position here with Buck. JJ is too inconsistant. I would bring him in for a look if we can. He might be a good fit in Sask and remember we play thos greenies four times this year.

If Casey's contract is in the neighbourhood of $200,000, I would say he becomes an interesting free agent. To a few teams, possibly even the Lions.

Wally statements indicate that for his part, he has not burned the bridge to a possible return.

It's too bad how Casey's career has gone downhill. Not much success the last 3 years. Probably a decline in his skills, health and confidence.

I think with him coming on to the market is a very interesting development. I thought Hamilton was willing to let him fight for the starting job so I am surprised.

Someone will take a shot at him, but this is most likely the last opportunity.
