O'Neil Wilson, who has had three failed CFL bids, will effectively take Hill's spot as the fifth receiver, so there's room for some debate. Wilson, of course, is a Canadian, and therefore gives the Lions a bit of wiggle room.
And don't even ask what happens if Jason Clermont doesn't play, which remains a possibility given the fact he did not practice Tuesday.
Perhaps the real question we should be asking ourselves is why Wally has become such a bad judge of character this season cutting Adam Nicholson to show why we could surely use his talents in our receiving copes now for the lack of Jason Claremont, instead of having to play the desperate hand of picking up O’Neil Wilson after being cut from three different teams this year?
It would seem that YOU are the only one asking this. Over and over and over and over.......

I LOVE having IS, CR, and SL all available for reasons mentioned earlier. You will see new looks from the O every week now.

Defences will be confused. I for one, believe that Wallys strategy this year has been to stay the course early, hope for some success to stay competitive (although I bet he wishes he had one or two more wins right now ) and finish strong. I think we are on that path right now and we will be a HUGE force down the stretch.

Well said LG...

I commend you on the courage of you're convictions, and while we may agree to disagree on recent changes to the Lions offensive backfield, I too wish we had two more wins right now and agree with you in a common hope to finish strongly!

Not quite, but the more I read his posts the more I find I agree with him. His insights come from playing not just fan stuff. I guess I just took issue with the Buck brittle post or whatever it was.

I like your take too pennw so strike up the band for another verse or two!

It's not that I was worried about him hunting me down as he'd have had a hard time finding me in the depths of Kowloon, not far the infamous lawless Kowloon Walled City. Okay so it is just a park now. Might be a good site for that wrestling match Wakes was wanting earlier but advantage me being on more familiar turf - I know where to hide from the loquacious ABBY monster.

Good to see Smart move into the line up. Sure good they don't need a big back for this game. What if it was to snow and Lumbala was the guy? If Smart wasn't hitting the holes hard, how about Lumby.... He had some issues there in the Als game and at more critical times than Smart who is just trying mostly to get good field position and protect the ball versus win it in one play over one yard.
