AN OLDER LADY CAME TO OUR STORE TONIGHT AND SAID SHE HAD AN ORIGINAL 45 OF THE ROAR YOU LIONS ROAR SONG. (did it come out in 1954?) she was wondering if there would be any interest for it? Do you think these would be fairly rare? or is there quite a few around do you think?
thanks
rick

Re: ROAR YOU LIONS ROAR
The collection of CFL Fight songs (including "Day of the Grey Cup" was recorded in 1968 by Dal Richards and his band, and has been widely distributed since that time. The 45 likely comes from around that time.
It might have value as a collector's item, or possibly as a donation to the BC Sports Hall of Fame, but not likely much monetary value.
