I hope Rick Ball and Giulio Caravatta don't do the same. The stories of Carteri trying to break into the control room at BC Place...what kind of respectable broadcaster does that? Rod Pedersen asking Riders questions about piped-in crowd noise as if it were fact, even though its not. These things don't reflect well on them, and I think it really hurts their credibility, even if most Rider fans agree with whats being said.

I have no problem with the CFL monitoring the alleged canned noise for the Western final. But if they are going to make a precedent then they should be monitoring all of the playoff games including the Grey Cup especially if the Argos get past Winnipeg.
One thing I cant understand is how come the Rider fans say it is so loud when they have 28 K in an outdoor stadium. But they cant comprehend how loud it is in the Dome with 55 K and a roof keeping the sound in.
Let me help all Rider fans understand this concept. Start your Tractor out in your wheat field and walk away 10 feet and see how loud it is. Then Drive your tractor into your barn and walk away 10 ft and see how loud it is. You might be surprised to learn that it is louder in the barn!

That's what I always thought. Their always say they've been to BC Place when there's 30K and they say it's deafening so it has to be canned noise. So what makes them think that their 28K can make more noise than our 30K with the Teflon roof. I don't get it.tedbear wrote:I have no problem with the CFL monitoring the alleged canned noise for the Western final. To make it a little more accurate: start up TWO tractors in the barn, and see how loud it is...tedbear wrote:Let me help all Rider fans understand this concept.
