Just too play along I cast my vote in favor of Calgary. I believe the Lions owe the Stamps a whooping and it will be added motivation for the boys to bring their A game.

It is a tough call. In terms of opponents imo Riders have the best receiver, 2nd best RB, and Stamps have the best RB and 2nd best receiver. Stamps have best depth at QB, but if Durant gets on a roll he can be very dangerous.

Guess I'll have to go with Stamps as Lions were embarrassed by them and thus have some extra motivation as MikeAK has stated.

I look at this thinking, 'careful what you wish for.' But I want to see Calgary.

Specifically, I'd like to see a game where Cornish is held to -1 yards rushing and visibly melts down on the field, while Harris has 100 on the ground, 100 through the air, three touchdowns, and all the while behaves like a team-guy and a gentleman.

Cheers,

James

I want the Stamps - I want to crush them, turn Cornish into game hen! Turn Glenn into Campbell! Drew Tate into Larry Tate! Nik Lewis into Jerry.. ok, you get the point.
Bring em!

Riders, we seem to have Durant's number.

Calgary is a solid team, well coached with good players, that would be a great game as well.

Lulay better be 100 per cent but even then BC has enough depth to pull it off.

After the award and all star selections, plus the comments by the Calgary organization in the last few days, I want that team dead within our sights for Nov. 18th...I can't wait to see the efforts put forth by players like Andrew Harris, Travis Lulay and Dante Marsh...

Predictions this weekend anyone?

I am picking the Eskimos to surprise the Argos. I think the Argos' weak O-line (now missing Wayne Smith), will be severly over-matched by the Esks' big, aggressive front 4. Ricky Ray is talented, but he can't throw from his butt.

I'll take the Stamps over the Riders in a close one. The running game will matter in cold, blustery McMahon, so I will take Cornish over Sheets.

Dan Russell had Dave Dickenson on tonight and he told Dickenson that it's a "guarantee" that Vancouver fans want to play the Stamps. What an idiot. This is the same guy who "guarantee" that the NHL would be settled 2 weeks ago. Dave Dickenson in response said "be careful what you wish for"

By a slim margin of 14-12, it looks like more of you wanted the Lions to face the Roughriders again. Well, as I indicated before this gives the Lions the opportunity to avenge the last playoff game against the Stampeders in the 2008 WDF that the BC had every opportunity to win but couldn't capitalize their chances while Calgary did and won by a slim margin. And of course, the attendance in this coming WDF will be much bigger than that of the 1999 WDF.

It looks like the Argonauts were well prepared and it was the Eskimos who were really surprised with the Toronto taking it in tha blowout.
