Bobblehead Collection
Moderator: Team Captains
Right, Superfan is probably thinking about the Lui Passaglia Babushka Russian nesting doll that was given away at a game on October 2, 2004. The Lions were only slightly more generous that time, giving away the dolls to the first 5000 fans - an improvement from the 3000 Damon Allen bobbleheads two years earlier, but still not nearly as generous compared to teams that give away to the first 25,000 fans.LFITQ wrote:There was a Passaglia nesting doll given away a few years back. A very big thank you goes out to everyone in this thread for helping me with this. Here I was looking for a Lui Passaglia bobblehead, and it doesn't even exist. It is in fact the babushka doll, as people have mentioned. When I called the Lions, they said that they don't have any more. At least now I'm looking for the right item.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
You can be sure I'm looking.......Robbie wrote:Maybe you will see that on eBay too someday.
For those of you interested in getting another free Bobblehead, you can get one in Seattle next month. Although the Ichiro Suzuki bobblehead giveway has now passed, the Seattle Mariners are giving another bobblehead to the first 25,000 fans in a game on Friday, May 19 against the San Diego Padres. This time, the bobblehead is that of Richie Sexson.

Within that site, you will have to go to the accessories section of their team store:Ballistic Bob wrote:http://www.montrealalouettes.com/Are there more? Which store? Could you provide more details, as I would also like to purchase one. Thanks

There are a few bobbleheads, but I don't think they are too impressive as they simply feature the same face of an unknown person in a different uniform.

Just so everyone knows,It won't be my first BOBBLE,I have 25 or so,ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE,It's a sickness.
So Handler, were you one of the lucky ones who got one of the 3,000 Damon Allen bobbleheads that were handed out on September 13, 2002? Did you go as far as camping outside the stadium? That is what some people did during an Ichiro Suzuki bobblehead giveaway in 2001, despite the fact that the Mariners were much more generous with 20,000 dolls given out.The Handler wrote:Just so everyone knows,It won't be my first BOBBLE,I have 25 or so,ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE,It's a sickness.
