If the CFL were to turf Wright, you would have to wonder who would be crazy enough to accept the position?
I think it's pretty obvious that Braley and Wettenhall are just looking for a puppet replacement - who would be a comissioner in title only. Any so called power or decisions would emanate directly and solely from the BOG.
Is Tom Wright a lame duck Commish? Is he still Commish?

Who's Lonie ?
There's nothing wrong with asking. It's a normal part of negotiating, which should be done behind closed doors, not in public where it has the effect of embarrassing the employer.Jim Mullin wrote:"What's wrong with asking for a clear job description?"
Reading Mr. Braley's comments on a TSN.ca article I wouldn't be surprised if TW leaves at the end of his contract.
It seems to me the CFL will be shooting themselves in the foot if they don't give him a three year deal.''He needs more than the majority; he needs 7 of the 9 governors to be able to attain an additional mandate," Braley told MOJO. "And I would say that at the present time, that's questionable.''
Where have you been? He already ACCEPTED a one year deal this week.MacNews wrote:Reading Mr. Braley's comments on a TSN.ca article I wouldn't be surprised if TW leaves at the end of his contract.
