Great news. Maybe he returns as soon as the Bombers game on Aug. 2 which will be a very short week for preparation. Ottawa's thrilling win at McMahon helped create some separation in the West with the Lions and Bombers starting to pull away so definitely in a position to be cautious with VA.

I suspect the Lions will be cagey on VA's return and giving Dane Evans some time to get his game rhythm going isn't all bad as it's how you finish the season that most will remember.SammyGreene wrote: ↑Mon Jul 24, 2023 8:33 amGreat news. Interestingly, Bob Dyce like Craig Dickinson came from Special Teams and assumed HC duties to coaching changes.
Who'd have thought Ottawa would be an exciting team this season and again last night? That was a good game to watch. Despite Calgary using Cameron Judge to spy Dustin Crum the guy actually still wasn't done.
3Down has HC Dave D. questioning changes including players in their loss last night. His QB tosses for over 400 yards and they lose but not due to Maier. Calgary couldn't run.
