The companies that make medical equipment are doing pretty well without much of a doubt. Trucking industry is probably doing pretty good right now. So are the makers of TP. Farmers are probably going to do alright out of this especially with fuel costs being so low. People still need to eat. Communication companies and technology providers are probably doing OK too. All of a sudden, internet has taken on a whole new critical necessity and anything that is involved in enhanced communications is doing well enough.
Hospitality, Entertainment, Travel, are the ones taking a beating and many things may well be changed after this is done.

In the crash of 2008 that was the greatest transfer of wealth ever imagined.
The rich - especially in the USA - got massively richer. The concentration of wealth in the USA really spiked up with that 1%. Canada doesn't' come close to wealth disparity like the USA.
If you have cash to invest now is not a bad time to even enter the market averaging down.
The market won't bounce back like in 2009 but precedence suggests there are big big sums to be made. IIRC the market in 2009 era rose some 34% as it has in other bad times.
I'm hoping we come out of this with the fed'l govt' committed to a guarantee annual income scheme.
