Hi Just wondering if anyone has heard if the Lions are going to do this??

Haven't heard that they will and the page you link to mentions a deadline that is almost a year old.
If they did, i would probably splash out for a Lions specialty plate. At one time, I did have a Lions novelty plate on the front of my car (proper plate on the back). However years ago, a kindly member of the Sooke RCMP detachment informed me (with extreme prejudice) that was not kosher and I needed plates front AND back.
I have no idea what level of demand would have to exist for such a venture. The only province I am aware of with specialty CFL plates is, of course, Saskatchewan. Stick the Riders logo on a pile of poop and watch them fly off the shelves.
