"We'll watch the film and move forward"
"They're a good football team over there"
"Could have gone either way"

Yada Yada Yada....0 and 5

You know - maybe that is all that the Lions can do. Get their team focused and tell the team this is the group they believe in.

OR make a change or two and then do that.

This has worked for Wally in the past. His only way forward as coaching everywhere is getting smarter than his guys are. It now comes down to his players.

It's all about execution.

The coaches are not and have not executed effectively and we are reaping the benefits of it ....

In the five games there QB's have played better than Lulay each and every game

Lulay can't get it done when he needs to. Receivers still can't catch the ball. Sanchez too slow at safety. Time for big changes. Overestimated talent again in training camp.

Listening to the post-game show and they are saying that they can't fire the coaches because that would be giving up on the season. We are 0-5, at what point do you recognize that this year is a disaster??!!

Lions could be the 2010 Bombers and go 4 and 14 with a lot of close losses.

If fans want coaching changes then this type of record should do it with next season looking like this:

WB - GM
MB - HC.
JC -- OC and Associate HC maybe.
DC - find a new one.

Why have Jarious Jackson on the roster or Reilly. Lulay can't throw a deep ball or complete a pass when they need to. Surely one of these guys could go in for a few series and move the ball.

I don't like that at all. Why promote MB when he has had no success. We need a change in culture and direction. I think Scott Milanovich out of Montreal would be my pick for a new Head Coach.

The Lions are close, like Lulay's passes...but no cigar. :bb:
:beauty: :beauty:

You need to post this on the threads "tired of negativity" and "look on the bright side".

I was told that close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades not rocket science, surgery or football.

Lulay needs to learn from Coach Vic Rapp: when you toss the long bomb 3 things can happen and two of them are bad!

Similarly why have Paris Jackson and not play him when Dobson Collins couldn't catch a beach ball.

Not arguing your point at all, Toppy. It seems many fans (at least at the stadium) love watching the long ball and hate the running game. I don't personally enjoy that game plan (no runs/longball) because it often turns out like the Eskimo games first half...two and out, two and out, two and out.

So that is 3 times we needed 10 yards and we threw for 30. And it's burned us each time.
