Glatt and Crawford are gone and they were fine scapegoats; Wally and his "backers" need to find some other guy; an NI O-Lineman maybe or general "ratio problems" would probably work nicely.

There are no scapegoats. Wally knows he can't overreact and make change for the sake of change. There are always a few changes that can be made in areas where players aren't producing. The biggest change has to come from within the team to seize the opportunities that have been there to make plays and win close games. The veteran leaders of the team have made too many mistakes. They can own up to those mistakes and lead by example to improve their play.

Lulay still could still use another year of experience under a veteran QB. He's very young and experienced as we've seen with some mistakes he's making. Wally has just thrown him to the wolves, which could ruin his development. Very similar thing happened with the Montreal Canadiens when Bob Gainey threw a very young and inexperienced Carey Price in net which ruined his development.

Exactly, simply do not panic and make a hasty move, we have all went through this last season, and arguably the play was worse especially on offence.

However, do think Mike B is squarely on the hot seat, and he really should be as the Defence looks like a a 3rd grader who forgot their homework and was called on by the teacher ie, massively unprepared, unemotional, flat, wimpy, easily bullied, lacking in attitude, half cooked pasta, confused, and on and on and on.

Ahh, then you are suggesting that we fanned the flames for those fires?

Okay maybe the Defence has been weak this year. However, the reason why the Offence gets a lot of complaints is its been struggling for a longer period, IMO. I personally am interested in hearing who Wally's scape goat will be. The defence is struggling, the offence has some good stats but is struggling also, IMO. And special teams hasn't looked great either. Maybe its Empire Field's fault....... Just kidding, last night was an awesome example of how outdoor football is a great experience.

The Players Council will determine who the next scapegoat is going to be. It's the inmates who are now running the asylum.

It's the schedule maker's fault.

No new scapegoats for Wally. So I expect him to trot out the same old, same old ... "Gotta execute better."

Let's not revise history here. Glatt wasn't a scapegoat. Glatt was a bad middle linebacker who would probably have been competent on the weakside. If anything, Wally had entirely too much faith in Glatt. Close to a season and a half's worth of too much faith.

If you're in search of a scapegoat, try and find an import on defence.

And Crawford was in way over his head. Too slow. Bad reads. No closing ability. Couldn't adjust to the ball.

I don't think Printers was a scapegoat either. Another player who, after his NFL adventure, was given entirely too much rope. I'd say his release was entirely appropriate in light of what happened against Winnipeg.

And Lulay has had at least 10 starts coming into the season, so the speed of the game should be something he's in tune to by now. He may or may not prove to be good enough to play at this level, but we're past the time he needs to sit behind a veteran.
