1971 jersey

I could have sworn that I saw a guy wearing a Lions 1970 -1971 home jersey at Sunday's West Final (see below). It was on the Diamondvision when they were panning the crowd "holding up" a Grey Cup. It looked to be jersey #78. I've been searching everywhere for this style jersey - real or replica - and will pay big bucks for one.
Did anyone else see this too or were my eyes playing tricks on me?
