If "worst crew" Proux wasn't the worst referee in the CFL he would tell Willis to zip it or he's getting another 15 yards for un-sportsmanlike

Argh. Poised for at least a FG at the Edm35 with about a minute left and Jennings fumbles it away.
And now it looks like Edm will add the points we should have.
Nice knockdown in goal from Chris R defending Coehoorn. 0:25 left.

Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

First turnover of the game by Jennings takes the Likns out of scoring position and gives the Esks a chance with a minute left. Huge rookie mistake.

Rwabukamba is playing better at corner than he ever played at safety.

Defence bails him out with the Chris R knockdown and now they sack Reilly out of FG range on 3rd down.B.C.FAN wrote:First turnover of the game by Jennings takes the Likns out of scoring position and gives the Esks a chance with a minute left. Huge rookie mistake.

19 secs left after that sack and BC doesn't call a TO until they realise Edmonton is going to run the clock out. Geezus Teddy, pay attention!

Edmonton has been attacking his area and Rwabukamba has answered the call

Edm leave their O out there on 3rd down for the final play of the half and get Reilly sacked again.
BC leads 15-7 at halftime.

Westerman and Johnson with back to back sacks end an Eskimo scoring threat. 15-7 B.C. at the half.

Jennings getting no support from a anemic running game. Telegraphed slow developing plays with atrocious blocking despite 3 Americans on oline.

Jennings gets sacked but negated by the Edm face mask call. BC moves to the Edm40.
