That was on Lulay - he had the guy open.

There seems to be far too much LION yapping after plays - even the offensive players seem to be yapping. Not smart as that is for losers. Right they are losing but WTF - the score is so close and no reason to do anything but PLAY.

Sorry, how was that 2nd down play anything but a blow up by Lulay??? He had time to throw, he had 2 open receivers, and he could have ran for the 1st down, instead he sends a pass to the toenails of Johnson...that's not Chaps fault, thats not Vallis fault...that is all on Travis...

We can't have a kicker who is 50% on 40 yard tries...not good.

This is the ultimate slow start. Well into the 3rd and we haven't done anything yet.

Thought on the Lions running game - anyone else concerned that Harris doesn't seem to be a consistent 100-yard/game threat, and that the 'run-by-committee' approach may be their undoing come late-season and the playoffs?

So much for half-time adjustments by the Offence, last draw by Harris notwithstanding it is pretty vanilla and appears as though JC is scared to let Lulay put the ball downfield.

A guy today in US college passed 55/79 for 730 yards. Taylor Heinicke. Just reading this at furby tv

But Old Dominion only won 64 - 61 over New Hamp.

Why is Travis holding on to the ball so long tonight? He's got to let it go, Bruce was wide open when he was still standing in the pocket. He's not seeing his reads quickly enough, and also as per usual JC's scheme/routes take far too long to play out.

Oh good, another FG try. This is still pathetic. Oh, and McCallum missed a chip shot, it just got a bit more pathetic.

Not concerned. It is about Def matchups and what they expect/key on. Your RB is not going to be always able to run. Also some play variation helps.

Yikes miss again for Paul. Not his day.

I am a bit surprised that Lulay is not seeing the open receivers. Bruce was there and open on that drive and came back for him.

McCallum missed two in a row that could have tied the game.
