Ok Lions came out flat but the momentum seems to have shifted this is turning in to quite the game.

You still have a time out, why not line up as if you are going for it and try to draw the bombers offside?

I agree with taking the FG. At this point the important thing is to keep momentum going and plant doubt in the bombers heads. But at least try to draw the offside and get a free first down.

Cause Wally is so, so conservative, as always.
The odds of getting the third and one are very high. With such an outstanding comeback for our Leos, a touchdown would have tied the game and the offence deserved the opportunity.

Why not? It would make sense to try.
We're only down 4 points at the half, when it looked miserable. Still wish we had gambled on the third and one.
What a great escape by Jennings, with a key block by Allen, to avoid the sack on that last drive.

What a Jeckel and Hyde half that was. Wally's decision to gamble near midfield on 3rd and more than a yard resulting in Rainey score seemed to swing the game. Gutsy call by him as he was desperate to gain some kind of momentum down 24-3.
Really don't know what to expect in 2nd half but the offence likely needs at least 3 more majors. Still don't have much faith in our defence.

We gotta make some half time adjustments. No pass rush but blitzing a lot wont' work. Bombers usually throw a lot of shorter stuff. But we could mix a nickel back blitz in there. Our pass rush has to get better!! We can't just keep playing zone all game.
