I think Blitz has nailed it. Win or lose it is beginning to be exciting again.

What I want to carry over to next year for me is the view that if problems come up next year FIX THEM NOW. Get a sense of urgency and importance in the Lions scheming.

Did not know that Wally had only 3 OCs ever and IIRC had to fire JC due to the new owner in Calgary.

I believe in any game Win or Lose there are a few lessons to be learned. Learn them - share with the team - apply them.

Don't get lost in the excitement of winning or despair from a loss - but what is the key lesson that we need going forward.

Letting problems like blocking languish - well that is not learning the lesson.

Fire any coach who says it is too hard to teach or re-direct that thinking to 'hey - that is your job! Get on with it.'
