Hey what kind of event is this???
I was late last year.... If I make it this year, I'll probably be late. I know Fanfest "officially" starts at 2PM, but what time are the diehard LB's going to be out there tailgating? I'll see if I can show up fashionably late and leave early (Girl's night Saturday night... can't be late for that)

Smart move while Fanfest is okay, game days is why we pay the coin. In fact I think if you poll our regulars here, they may even skip this event after last years less than inspired fan pleasing event.

I think I'll skip it. It's more for the kiddies anyways. I get to stay home and do the books, those nasty brown envelopes are adding up it must have been my year end that passed.

A couple of notes:
Arlene, while looking for some woman, stopped by and chatted with a number of us during practise. She showed us her ring. Similar to the players ring, probably with less diamonds, but still impressive. It was danged heavy for a ring.

Jarious and Mike Lindstrom seemed impressive during the practise.

Geroy acknowledged the crowd, those of us that were hollering his name as he finished off his route on a number of occasions.

I was impressed with the turnout, considering the weather when I left Richmond around 12pm.

Having spent 4 years in Seattle then returning to Canucks propaganda galore its nice to see athletes so generally accessible and pleasant(well most of them). The lower mainland is lucky to have them.

I know. They told us we'd miss the playoffs but it turned out we had one of the top teams in the league. I hate being mislead like that.
