Thanks, Toppy Vann. Nice words about the old man, and great to see an old pic like that.

I don't know if you noticed but in that picture 3rd from the right in the second row is one Roy Shivers.Toppy Vann wrote:Trevor Ekdahl played in the years that the Lions owned this city and were number one in sports fans hearts.
Very well known player and popular guy. His Utah university football team picture is here.

Also 3 players to the left of Ekdahl is Joe Forzani and 2 players to the right is MacArthur Lane who was a pretty fair RB for 11 years in the NFL with the St. Louis Cardinals, Packers and Chiefs.
You're as old as you've ever been and as young as you're ever going to be.

Robert (Bob) Brady
1931 - July 25, 2018
At 86 years. Predeceased by parents (Marguerite and Allen Brady) and siblings (Eileen, Allen and Jack). Husband to Kathy (Johnson) and proud father to Suzanne (Rob) Michael (Lela) and Patrick (Debbie). Loving Grandpa to Rhys, Cole, Tyson, Maiya, Natalie, Nathan, Riley and Toryn.
Bob attended McGill and UBC (Commerce), playing for the Redmen and TBird (Captain) football teams. He met the love of his life, Kathy, after throwing a dart at her photo at a Delta Upsilon frat party. Bob played guard for the CFLs BC Lions (1956-60) and Toronto Argos (1961).
