I'm not sure what type of planes they were, but they did two flyovers of the Legion across the street from the Lions practise facility. Buono and co finished practise in time for some of the guys to head across the street to take in part of the ceremony. I'm pretty sure only a handful of them went, most notably, Yurichuk and Foley.

Ditto on the great ceremony at Victory Square. I didn't pick up on the buses but I did the Chopper.

Didn't occur to me until afterward, there's a cenotaph at our City Hall here in Pitt Meadows... turns out they DID have a ceremony there. Wish I'd gone.

Lets just remember our new vets who are coming home with some pretty harsh injuries both external and internal, while we cut certain services to the bone.
