Outstanding catch until the Burnham show happened again.

I feel bad for the Argo's. This is just a complete breakdown in every respect. The Lions aren't that good and the Argo's aren't this bad.

Well maybe tonight they are.

I imagine that the Leo's are being mindful of getting hurt in this last few minutes of the game. Especially with Durant getting hurt. Let's just try to get out of this without any further injuries.

Well, it was sad sack Toronto but that is by far the best Lion's performance of the season. Nothing at all to criticize. One of those nights where it all went as you draw it up. Some amazing catches tonight from multiple receivers and what can you say about Burnham tonight? That is probably the best performance of his career and he has had a few of note.

It would have been great if the Lions set a record for largest margin of victory. But the late Argonauts touchdown spoiled any victory.

55 - 8 = +47

tied the second largest margin of victory, also against the Argonauts when they won 51-4 on August 24, 2000.

But again, the late Argonauts touchdown prevented the Lions from breaking the record of:

67 - 15 = +52

created on August 27, 1994 against the Shreveport Pirates.

Fantastic to see a convincing win! I know there are still questions given our wins have been against Toronto and Ottawa, and Montreal without Adams, but I feel like we are only improving.

Looking forward to our showdown with Edmonton next week.

I just love watching Burnham when he is having a good game, or even a medium game for him. My absolute favorite since Fernandez.

I think Claybrooks was rather pissed at his team for giving up that late TD. Don't know if it was the OC penalty on Butler (I think) or how easily they surrendered the subsequent TD and 2 point convert. Regardless he was ripping strips off the defense on the bench after it happened. I suspect he was mostly ticked off about how after a nearly purrfect game they let the Argos up off the mat for the shutout breaking score.
