The only thing stable with the Lions is the coaching staff and look where we are today.

Innovative thinking coaches on offense who believed in some running were sent packing:

Burratto (see Blitz today on that), Barresi, Kruck.

On def. Dave Ritchie moving on was huge. Didn't know much about the def. Line coach Richard Harris who was in BC a short time until Wally made that role a part time job so he was gone - he seemed like a keeper given how many tumultuous regimes he survived in the Peg - Berry and Kelly - what a duo those two guys were.
