Anyone like to illustrate why Wally is in the least in control of this team?

Why the players are buying into his phylosophy?

Why Javy Glatt is middle linebacker when he is either behind the pass play for huge gain, or anywhere near the tackle he was taken out of, because he has no lateral movement and is too slow the play the position?

Why Roary Lumbala should replace Lyle Green as lead block for Martel Mallett when he has neither the experience, nor playing time behind his promotion to such a key position?

Why Jaccque Chapdelaine should be calling the play selection when the only time he looks like he knows what he is doing is when Kruck sends down a weakness in the oppositions formation, that Chap takes the credit for ?

Why does Wally pace up and down the sideline shootings darting glances around looking for someone to nail to take the blame for his own condemnable lame mistakes?

He has become the worst field manager in the CFl in the last 14 months and there is no evidence, to the contrary which can be pointed to that negates why this will change anytime in the near future.

Time for WB to retire himself as he has not only lost this team but he has lost himself and his coaching staff, and in his desire to become the winningest coach in the CFL, he has illustrated the closer he comes the further away from the title he gets.

That "Winningest Coach " title may yet ellude him . Tonight he seemed to show that his run is finished. He's lost it . Like those old vet players he's released his time has come . Hamilton is over 500 for the first time in years , but they should not get to excited just yet because two of those wins came against the League door-mat team unfortunately .
If we can not beat the Ti-cats who can we beat? Ya I know about the EE , but will that be repeatable?
Seems it's time for Braley to step in ... When Wally lost Ritchie , he lost his only outside influence so the coaching mindset can not change , unless someone from outside comes along. Wally only has his own proteges to fall back on .
The last couple of years we have seen players made into scapegoats to take the fall ,instead of the coaches looking at themselves and that is a bad sign .
With many losing teams in the past , HC's have been fired by GM's , to buy the GM more time (to avoid the inevitable) , trouble is WB is both here so that can't happen . So players take the fall instead.
Wally always had the philosophy of turning over a certain amount of players each season to remain competitive , but he should also have applied that to his coaching ranks as well .
Perhaps it would have been better for MB to have taken that TO job . But that would stilll have left us with JC .
I'm afraid that unless WB airlifts in at least , a new O-C , and a consultant on Defence if not a new D-C , then he is finsihed here.
