Edmonton touchdown thanks to several penalties to the Lions

Defence is making it way too easy for Edmonton on this drive.

One missed penalty and two bad calls leads to an Elks TD. Trash officiating on that drive.

Having said that, the TD was well earned by the receiver and inside the 20s it probably behooves us to rush more than three because it isn't getting there.

Much much better kicking tonight. Only aspect of the team I'm happy with.

Offence needs to get going. Way too long not producing going back to 2nd half of Calgary game

Offence struggling

This offense is not adjusting well to either the loss of Figeuroa or the defence in front of it. More short passes, better use of space. There isn't enough time for deep shots.

Could have been an unsportsmanlike penalty for slapping Reilly on the head after the sack. Would have been called if it was a Lion who did that.

The piling on penalty was garbage, but this quarter has been full of holding on Special Teams , holding on the offensive line, pass interference and two sacks. This team is shooting itself in the feet so often they're going to run out of bullets.

Kickers are good. Secondary is balling out, overall. But boy this quarter is an embarrassment.

And two ducks thrown by Reilly and now we get the honor of taking a safety.

Offensive line getting dominated

Really need to figure out the o line schemes. Would love to see us be able to get a run game going, but linebackers don’t have to respect middle deep routes because we don’t have enough time to attack there.

More importantly, defensive line needs to start getting some pressure.

Figueroa has his helmet back on. Hope that means he's going back in.
