The playoff games both land on a sunday and if we get one
does that mean its usually a noon game?

IIRC most playoff games had the East in the AM and the West in the PM, but didn't they reverse that last season?

No, in 2010 using eastern time, the Eastern playoff started at 1:00 PM, while the Western playoff started at 4:30 PM.
Off the top of my head, only in 2004 was the WDF played before the EDF.
