Yes, but let's note that it gets closer to reality every offseason as well. As CBC looks to jettison most of it's non Olympic sports programming (mistakenly, IMHO) and CTV looks to increase it's Cancon presence and make TSN more of a player. Remember CTV's not so idle bid on HNIC?
