They'd better get their passing attack figured out or we are dead.
Tell me how long must a fan be strong? Ans. Always.

Our receivers can’t get open and Rourke is forcing it.

I dont know if Hollins is running lazy routes but he is never open and is playing db most of the time. Passing game in a massive funk.

Our receivers do not seem particularly motivated. Seldom do they find space.

Rourke looks like a QB who has only had one practice with Hollins and McInnis.
He started with some short, quick passes, which has always been his strength, but a drop by Cottoy and several timing issues have shaken his confidence. The Lions need to get back to a mix of rushing plays and short passes to get some momentum.

We remain f*****g awful.

not sure why anyone thought Rourke would be ready after 3 practices. he looked tired in all his interviews .
also think the cfl has figured out Macsymincs offence. We have no plays to counter a 3 man rush. he refusess to adjust his offence to what a defence gives up.

The B.C. defence wasn’t the problem in the first half. They took a costly roughing the passer penalty that set up the only TD of the half, and they held the Bombers to 3 points off 2 interceptions, with some help from the goalpost.

I thought right away that they were rushing him into action too soon, having not played a meaningful game in two seasons. But with Adams injured, the options were to start Dolegala, with the knowledge that he'd probably be cut before the next game, or start Brice.yukonlion wrote: Sun Aug 18, 2024 5:26 pm not sure why anyone thought Rourke would be ready after 3 practices. he looked tired in all his interviews .

I hope Shuleger is healthy soon. This O Line has been brutal since he came out and Couture came back in
