The Lions have confirmed they will hold training camp in Kamloops in 2025 and 2026, with an option for 2027. The team has held camp in Kamloops since 2010. The most recent agreement expired earlier this year. I’ll be a happy camper for at least a few more years if I’m still here.

The facilities at Thompson Rivers University campus in Kamloops are ideal; too purrfect for other cities to compete. The players stay in unoccupied for the summer, dorm rooms that are right beside the field, as is the indoor swimming pool.
