Can anyone offer any suggestions for best parking pricing around or near the stadium?
I usually park and walk a bit, but with the later start on a school night I'm planning to bite the bullet, I recall $25 right beside the stadium, hoping for something cheaper.
Best parking prices near BC Place?

There is an outdoor lot at Richards and Robson (it runs one block from Richards to Seymour). It should cost you no more than $20 to 11:00pm or midnight. International Village (Theatre) is another lot I would explore. It's not too far from the stadium.
I've always thought the club should spend a bit of time providing fans with parking options. Investigating this very question that you're asking, because I am willing to bet the perception among many is that parking for Lions games is tight/non-existent (not true!) and is $25-$30 dollars (also not true).
There are dozens of cheaper parking choices within a 2KM radius of BC Place.

Lots of Lionbackers used to park and tailgate at the lot across the street from Main St Skytrain station. It was fairly inexpensive from what I recall. Probably a 1 to 1.5 km walk along the seawall and over the overpass that puts you at the gates on the False Creek side of BC Place.

We parked at the Metropolitan Tower parking lot tonight. $7.50 plus tax. Total $9.77 til 10:30 PM. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Stadium and close to Yaletown for pregame meal.

There is an Impark underground lot down an alley between Homer and Richards. Best access via Smithe. Steps away from Robson.
$6 from 6-11 pm and that rate hasn’t changed since early 2000s.
And since there are a chunk of 4 pm starts I believe it’s $9 from 3-11 pm

Buddy parked at a meter on Expo Blvd. for 4 hours. Cost him a pittance since meters only go to 10:00pm.
Again, the perception of parking by the average Lions fan vs. reality needs to be addressed by the club. They do a great job telling us how to be better humans (ride home safely, don't be a bystander) but do very little to educate on things that will move the needle for them.
Same with the price of kid's season tickets, to Qman's point in the Marketing thread.

One I used a couple years ago because the HoJo lot was full was an underground lot on Seymour between Helmecken and Nelson. It was going to be a lot cheaper than the hotel's charge for its lot. It was also literally empty. I suppose a lot of those downtown lots are like that outside of normal M-F working hours. They are really intended to cater to office and other downtown workers. Lots close to BC Place and Rogers Arena like the Costco lot on the other hand will try to cash in on events.
