Seems to be a lot of slipping and sliding by the Lions out there.
The Special Teams appear to have improved. Penalties are few which is nice.
Was the TSN broadcast piped into the concourse last year? My memory fails me.

Both teams are playinng a lot of basic zone defence. I’ve only seen one blitz, and that was on a Calgary running play.
The B.C. first and second-team O-lines are playing well, other than the one time Andrew Peirson was beaten for a sack that was negated by penalty, and the low snaps by Hunter Steward, which also caused problems in training camp. Brett Boyko was solid at right tackle in the second quarter. David Foucault played well at right tackle and left guard. David Knevel didn’t play in the first half.

Caching the game on the radio in Edmonton. Hearing the TSN crew gush over Reilly makes me miss him.
I hope Jackson uses him better and doesn't try to restrict him into a pocket-passer like what Coach Maas tried to do over here.

Esks fan with a soft spot for B.C.

Are they seriously thinking of using Steward at centre?B.C.FAN wrote: ↑Fri Jun 07, 2019 8:40 pmBoth teams are playinng a lot of basic zone defence. I’ve only seen one blitz, and that was on a Calgary running play.
