Re: Game Day Thread - Lions @ Argos
Argos have made some very good adjustments a D at halftime, Lions O has been kept off the scoreboard so far this half and really don't have much to show for. Great a silly late hit penalty. If you let a team like Toronto stick around long enough they just might start to think they can beat you!

The Toronto coach sure gave it to Gagne-Marcoux for taking the roughing penalty

Yeah, sink to their level.Solar Max wrote:If the Lions don't start doing this to other qbs (since the refs won't call RTQ on Lion qbs) then they must rough the other qb after the play.

Cause the retaliating player never gets penalized in the NHL. It's a quick game; stuff happens, refs miss calls. Life goes on.

Are you surprised? He is not good enough to be a starter in this league.Larry Key wrote:TO is picking on Crawford.

I was beginning to think the D was getting depleted.

Even watching him last year on special teams I could tell, every team picks on him, they must be seeing something on film. But from what I have seen over the past couple of years he is just not good enough.Hawkballer 14 wrote:Three games and change and you can figure that out definitively?orangegloves wrote:Are you surprised? Wondering who's calling the defensive signals if both Benevides and Stubler are in the spotter's box ?

Nope, not at all. Is it time to see what Aragki can do or insert another import or put in LaRose?orangegloves wrote:Are you surprised? He is not good enough to be a starter in this league.Larry Key wrote:TO is picking on Crawford.

So ST/spot duty at safety foretells success/failure?orangegloves wrote:Even watching him last year on special teams I could tell, every team picks on him, they must be seeing something on film. But from what I have seen over the past couple of years he is just not good enough.
