Only positives I can think of are Grice-Mullen and Arceneaux.WestCoastJoe wrote:Ummm .... let me see if I can find some good stats for us.

So is this another game where we burn the game tape and try to regroup for next week? Like we've done three other times this season?
Heads better roll...on the sidelines and on the field.

Roar you Lions roar!
It's pretty simple to analyze. When Dante Marsh got hurt on the Als' first play, any advantage that the B.C. secondary had against Calvillo was lost. With Dennis and Glover playing out of position and Miles overcompensating, Calvillo had easy pickings all day. One injury shouldn't kill a team's chances, but in this case it did.WestCoastJoe wrote:Ummm .... let me see if I can find some good stats for us.

Mistake: forcing Martell Mallett to play when he was clearly not ready.
No practice reps.
He did not want to take the pain killer shots. He couldn't hold onto the ball. Very bad decision to play him.
Ripping the ball out of his hands was like taking candy from a baby. Very bad decision.

I would have to say we were out-coached once again today.
There was a surreal atmosphere of "everything is OK" about the team this week. It was easy for the team to forget that they were 8 and 10 on the season. That we had lost 3 games in a row. That we were only in the playoffs due to the TiCats beating the Bombers. We backed into the playoffs in reverse gear 3, almost overdrive backwards.
If it looks like a duck ... well, our season was a lame duck.
Casey gave us some hope, but the flaws in the team, starting with the coaching, were still there.
Now, we have to look for answers.
............

Sounds like a game where we decide , should we act like the pauser now til next season and be complete ******** and rub the 50% completion ratio, plus interecepts , plus 1-4 record in pasuer's face until then or show class and not be like pauser and don't rub it in his face.The_Pauser wrote:So is this another game where we burn the game tape and try to regroup for next week?
