Your jealousy is quite evident. When you can put more than 23K in your stadium for a playoff game then come back and talk to us. (hell I heard you guys were giving tickets away in Winnipeg). Sorry whiteout but your barely in the same league as Lions and Rider fans.White Out wrote:and please, shut these arrogant, smug, farm yuppies up. there was a time when it was not such a novelty for the riders, and I am pretty sure they still sold out.White Out wrote:Semi finals are always a tough sell, and it was a novelty for rider fans this year. Im not embarrassed whatsoever, why would I be? If I was in Winnipeg I would have gone, and that's all I can do.

Year in and year out we put up very good attendance, semi finals have always been a hard sell in Winnipeg. If that makes us a bad fan base in your eyes, I couldn't care less.Migs wrote:Your jealousy is quite evident. well, it certainly doesnt put you in any spot to call out other teams fans.White Out wrote:Year in and year out we put up very good attendance, semi finals have always been a hard sell in Winnipeg. Oh yes, if fans of a team in the CFL are going to declare themselves best fans in the world, they're going to have to answer for such a retarded comment.KnowItAll wrote:well, it certainly doesnt put you in any spot to call out other teams fans.White Out wrote:Year in and year out we put up very good attendance, semi finals have always been a hard sell in Winnipeg. except you need to have some foundation for the challenge.White Out wrote:Oh yes, if fans of a team in the CFL are going to declare themselves best fans in the world, they're going to have to answer for such a retarded comment.KnowItAll wrote:well, it certainly doesnt put you in any spot to call out other teams fans.White Out wrote:

I've held season tickets for both the stamps and bombers numerous times my life, been to a grey cup, and followed the CFL since I can remember. That's all the foundation I need, personallyKnowItAll wrote:except you need to have some foundation for the challenge.White Out wrote:Oh yes, if fans of a team in the CFL are going to declare themselves best fans in the world, they're going to have to answer for such a retarded comment.KnowItAll wrote:well, it certainly doesnt put you in any spot to call out other teams fans.

The answer is that the Riders sellout playoff games.....
The Rider Fans have been over the top for the last two weeks, and knocking every other team. Plus give unsolicited critique about other teams. You know, I thought their last Grey Cup was way back in 1987 or was it 88....Because they speak so authoratively..on the sujbect, it must have been just last year. No wait , the Lions won last year....they don't have a leg to stand on...

using the fact that they havent won in 19 yrs as a mark against is wrong. What it does is speak volumes of how good they are as fans. Lets see how fans of other teams are when their teams have such a drought. Its a pat on the back to acknowledge how well they support their team through and after a 19 yr drought.
