Undisciplined Eskimos. What are they thinking?

12-3-1 in a season where we've seen multiple QB injuries. Insane how well this team is coached and managed.

Well, that game was like a microcosm of the entire season for us. We pulled ahead despite the obstacles thrown in front of us - for the season: the QB injuries, for the game: the poor officiating. No matter what the end result in Toronto I think we've proved to be a championship team again in 2007.

Way to go BC!

Way to go Lions! Great season with so many injuries. On another point....I may be in the minority, but I think the CFL officials do a decent job overall. A few missed calls today, but the game is much easier from the stands, and on the tube...especially after the fact. Maybe they should pay these guys a bit more, and get them some more training.....it's not all their fault. Officiating rarely affects the outcome...even tonight.

Football is not a contact sport. It's a collision sport. Dancing is a... contact sport. ~Duffy Daugherty

The officials have a tough job and limited time to make calls to be sure. However, they do have the benefit of the tube during the challenge and it's the inane calls they make in the face of what we can all clearly see that gets people going.

In the NCAA every play gets reviewed. I saw several reversals today. There is absolutely no excuse. The officials, frankly, have a much easier job now that the unblinking eye is at their disposal.

Good win, Lions.

Might as well win another ugly one.

Do we have any good referee crews in this league?

Once again another classless Eskimo defender to join Gass and Braidwood; Goss uses a throat slash when Pierce went down and looked to be possibly hurt :thdn: And the garden gnome then goes on to argue the call :thdn: I also don't agree with P Jackson's throat slash but it wasn't in the face of an injured player!! I hope Macciocia is allowed to continue to drive the Esks into the sewer for many years to come

AWESOME catch by Clermont and to walk away from that hit like it was nothing... woohoo! Great return from Smart for that TD, our house went nuts.

So if BC got called for objectionable conduct from the bench at the end of the game, what was Danny the chipmunk doing for several minutes after the call on Goss? Oh, I assume he was asking the refs if they're free for coffee tomorrow?? Riiight... he was still beaking off at them a play or two later. Oh well, we sent them packing, that's awesome!
