just thought it would be sweet to get a collection of lionbackers for the first game out here in calgary. i want to make it back for the cat game. but i rather watch the argos beat calgary on stamp turf, then watch the lions prove to calgary who the best really is. maybe get a section of Orange n white goin on the east side of the stadium.... anyone up for it?

I had this game pegged on my list, but things changed for holiday time, so I am hoping to make the next game in Calgary in August. I know that Calgary has been a general destination for Lionbackers to attend over the past few years. We have enjoyed it for the most part, except for the snow a few seasons back in the summer.

I don't often post anything here (not interesting things come from my finger tips) but I had thought about this game aswell. My friend and I were going to make the trip from Edmonton but other plans of his interferred. But, since it is a Saturday afternoon game and after briefly talking to my wife, I could make the trip down Saturday from Edmonton. However, I would be driving a 7-seat minivan that would be empty.............hmmmmm. If anyone from Edmonton would want to make a daytrip down to Calgary let me know, maybe the seats could be filled for a trip.

I will be there for the Calgary-B.C. game. Maybe we can all meet up somewhere?
