Former VP Joe Biden has decided to run for President in 2020. Let's see if he will win the Democratic Presidential nomination. It would have been much easier had he sought for Presidency in 2016 as sitting VP as he would have likely have won the Democratic nomination over eventual winner Hillary Clinton and runner up Bernie Sanders as since 1960, all cases in which the incumbent VP sought the Presidency essentially automatically won his party's nomination as in the case of 1960, 1968, 1988, and 2000. And if then sitting VP Dick Cheney ran for President in 2008, he would likely have won the Republican nomination over winner John McCain.
