Remembrance Ceremonies will be held at Branch 229 (Whalley) Royal Canadian Legion across from the BC Lions Headquarters in Surrey starting at 10:30 a.m. Nov 11th. Come out to remember those who made the supreme sacrifice so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have today.

My dad served overseas during WW II. I will honour his memories and those of his comrade in arms tomorrow

My father-law served over-seas and my father served here in Canada during WW2 and I'll go to the services in Westbank tomorrow. Both are gone now but never forgotten.

If you get the chance to see "Storming Juno" don't miss the opportunity to discover why the fighting Regina Rifles regiment were among our finest of our Canadian heroes of the WW II...

Never had such valor been recognized up until the conquest of (thought impossible the take) Vimy Ridge in WW I!
