Most on this board will remember Brandon Browner from his 5 years (2006-2010) with the Stampeders (where he was a CFL all-star 3 years) as an outstanding corner back. He then caught on with the Seahawks becoming an integral part of the Legion of Boom on a defense generally considered one of the best all-time in the NFL. In his 3 years in Seattle he made the Pro Bowl once. After his 3 years in Seattle, Browner went to the Patriots for a year, followed by a year with the Saints, ending up back with the Seahawks in 2016 where he was released in the pre-season. Browner was a big (6-4, 220), fast, intimidating corner.

Sadly, his life spiraled out of control after football (and may have been heading that way during some of his playing time), and he has now been sentenced to 8 years in state prison for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend (this occurring when her two children were present), along with an additional charge.
