I love how he used the "they're a great organization, and I still bleed orange.....however" card. Tell me about it! He's prefaced every interview with gushing remarks like "I have the utmost respect for Wally Buono and BC Lions organization" then continues to rip him with dispar...

I do not understand what these Roughrider fans have their knickers in a twist about anyway. That whole ruckus worked 100% in their favour. The Lions were now way way out of field goal range, effectively taking 3 points off the board and BC lost the use of a starting receiver for the entire second h...

Great job Woody!! I'd love it if the gopher had gold-capped buck teeth. (and the lion was a mountain lion).

If someone brought this up before, apologies. I don't think anyone did so here goes: kudos to Paul McCallum for a phenomenal job punting the ball yesterday. :beauty: He really got us out of a couple of jams. If I'm not mistaken, he nailed two 80 yarders!

Any chance we get 40,000 for Saturday? Sadly no. Vancouver is an event town. Hype, big names, lots of advertising and word or mouth - that kind of thing. Not a "Boy, those Lions sure are playing well so let's go check them out" town. Don't get me wrong, we'll have our largest crowd of the...

If the refs aren't going to protect the QBs (and I mean ALL QBs, not just ours), then perhaps a little frontier justice has to be in order. And that's a big part of the problem this year, isn't it? Refs not protecting QBs consistently and sufficiently? It's protection for certain QB's and not other...

Contact these guys.

Massive selection - if they don't carry it, no one does. They're an online outfit but also a brick and mortar (warehouse), located at Boundary and Marine.

Awesome Ken.

Now can we get something for Scott Schultz - the fat, sassy, and wobbly pig?

I think Sherko showed his super-human strength tonight in that he was actually able to yank a helmet off that massive chrome dome!

Gutsy call (pump route to draw the DBs in) on 3rd down. Great poise by Jarious to put the ball exactly where it needed to be and MASSIVE protection by the O-line on the final drive. Man, if my neighbors weren't aware that I'm a Lions fans before, they'll know it now. I think I need a new roof from r...

I'm a huge fan of Jarious's but c'mon. There's no arc on the ball and his passes are just getting batted down at the line. Credit the Rider D for doing their homework on his throwing style.

We need to re-establish the running game!

The spotlight is also on the Lions' linebacker situation as Pottinger will have to step up again, this time in place of Johnson. And is Glatt healthy enough to be effective for 60 minutes? This will be key SG. If Jamall can't go today, that puts serious pressure on our special teams cover to contai...

Dave Pratt, watches the Lions at home, even though he lives minutes from the dome. No, Pratt attends Lions games and makes a point of dissing those that don't. The TEAM's Lions coverage is far superior to anything that NW has ever done with the rights. Two hour pregame shows? You will NEVER get tha...

Hmmm, a B.C. Lion from Clemson university by way of Chicago of the NFL.

Lions and Tigers and Bears.

Great report SG. I was aware that Buck still isn't quite up to speed with his throwing shoulder (and likely won't even be 2nd string in Regina this Saturday), but it's always nice to wind those Rider fans up. On the good news front, Dave lifted weights yesterday for the first time in 9 weeks ...
