Re: Game Day Thread - Lions at Riders, August 12, 2010
It was good to see that we abandoned the running game, since it was working. Well the linemen did make a statement that they didn't want the ball in Robertson's hands when Valli took that screen pass away from him. :bang: That was frickin unreal. What the hell was Valli thinking? Just following the...

Re: OC Chapdelaine feels the heat - Mike Beamish, Lowell Ull
This is top-secret, but one of my inside sources told me that in the off-season Buono is considering something radical: replacing himself and coordinators with a website to coach the team. Will we use hand signals to direct the players, or do we get cool clickable icons which will relay instruction...

Re: OC Chapdelaine feels the heat - Mike Beamish, Lowell Ull
The coaches and their reasoning are pathetic. What coaches and athletes say to the media is useless generally. It's all blah blah blah. If Buono thinks he and his coaches are the problem, he certainty isn't going to reveal that. "The boss is the boss" is really his un-bendable philosophy,...

Re: Casey Printers has a torn ACL
Maybe this resume: I'm a diehard Lions fan. Worked as a guest coach for a number of Leos development camps in the past. Played my football for the Rainbow Warriors at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. should be sent to CFL teams for coaching AND medical staff consideration?

I'm also "told" that installing a dish yourself on a pole above the top on the chimney on a two story house to get a clear line of sight above the tall trees to get an HD signal can be a challenge.cromartie wrote: Err, I mean, I'm told this works well...

Re: Seattle TV question
Kcin94: I feel your pain. I live in the Puget Sound area and for watching games on TV it seems to change every year. The options mentioned above are correct, but for ESPN3 you need a comcast internet connection (or other participating provider in other regions). In past years you could find games al...

But that is exactly what HB 14 did; expressed an opinion. Does he get to say the same thing you did to those that don't agree with him? Sigh....I knew THAT was coming! Of course he is, but is it really wise to insult the membership of a place where you wish to continue post? We are permitted to cri...

If you want to be part of the cool people group here at Lionbackers, you must be constantly calling for WB/JC/MB's head. Lionbackers motto: "Anybody else is better". :clown: You're always free to post elsewhere if you don't like people expressing their opinions. I know another place where...

Re: Casey Printers has a torn ACL
When was the last time that the Lions jumped on a season ending surgery before the alternatives were exhausted? Seems to be a similar pattern to most long term injuries to me around the Lions camp. I think they like to let the injury evolve from season ending to career limiting. ROTFLMFAO!! Wally k...
