Jarious will have plenty to bring to the table after working in Edmonton & Regina...he stepped outside Wally world so lets see what he brings in creativity/scheme/playcalling and working on the fly...unless Bouno makes him another puppet Cordinater

Good point Dusty the CFL is in deperate need of new generation of HC cordinaters etc...were slowly seeing it happen but if Mike Sherman can have succes then it will open doors for more to follow imho

Youre welcome Joe...i wonder why our D scheme is the way it is...Washington worked under Stubler as DB coach & won a Grey Cup under Dave Ritchie's agressive D back in 2006..Must be Bouno control thing

Joe,Rich Stubler worked as DC before Washington and his D led the CFL in many catogories before being fired by Bouno after the 2013 loss to Riders in the West Semi Final.Since then Washingtons D get blown out yearly in playoff games or even last game of season and nothing changes

Agree hope Hervey brings a fresh face for HC in 2019...Lapolice would be a great choice or Claybrooks

New HC likely be Washington but he needs a good season imho

Lions may rush more then most but rarely get to the QB...if personell cant get it done then its a scheme issue....Mr.Melvin and Mr.Hervey will clean that up;)

Wonder if we will see an improvement in scheme or more soft deep zone coverage...it hasnt worked well why do the keep running it??

No real surprise here with MW returning as hes a Bouno favorite and most likely eyeing the HC reigns in 2019.He will need a strong season to be considered...i prefer Claybrooks to come west hes done more in much less time as a DC...also Jarious could be a dark horse with a strong showing...good to ...
