That $460 pricing doesn't include HST and facility fee, btw. For the yellow section those increase the $360 price tag to nearly $425, or about 18% extra, so I'm guessing the real damage for red section seats will be more like $530 a pop.
Checked my "red zone" section invoice, formerly the silver ...

Re: Trip to Grey Cup
Outstanding! Lovely family, lovely home, great Lions memorabilia and now a trip to Grey Cup. What more could you ask for? I will keep an eye out for that Ackles jersey this weekend.

Re: BC Lions Authentic Jersey
Replicas and authentics fit quite differently. Unless you like your jerseys skin tight go fo a replica. BB
Yeah, good point. I was referring to a replica jersey with the nice, sewn-on letters. I assumed that's what the original poster wanted. I don't know where one could get an "authentic" jersey ...

Re: BC Lions Authentic Jersey
I live locally and I thought I could do that, but I figured game worn stuff would be more expensive.
Not that it wouldn't be awesome to have, probably what I'll have to do if I cant find anywhere to buy from
I would strongly recommend "Sports & Stuff" in Chilliwack. They will order you in a ...

Re: Season tickets renewals
I can understand people feeling financially squeezed as the cost of tickets rises for all sports and entertainment. (CFL tickets are still cheap in comparison to most options.) Finances and outside commitments aside, though, I can't understand football fans who choose not to attend a game if the ...

Re: Season tickets renewals
I haven't gotten mine yet but a friend in my section has. He claims it's gone up $200!!! I think his math is off. He claims his renewal notice has a discount price of $541 for our section (18). I'll have to go dig through the file cabinet but IIRC, this years seats were north of $400 without a Grey ...

Re: Lions @ Eskimos - Game Day Thread, July 16, 2011
Someone asked before, sarcastically, if anyone was surprised by this loss. Well, I am. I honestly think we can be a lot better. We hung in wih Montreal and Calgary, and you could point to a few plays - dropped passes in Game 1, missed tackles in Game 2 - that could have turned things around.

Re: Stampeders @ Lions - Pre Game Odds and Comments
Speaking of returning faces tomorrow, I was moved by the article on J.R. LaRose in this morning's Sun. Frankly I did not have a lot of faith in his abilities coming into this season, and the football gods do not always reward the deserving (or else Buck Pierce would be our starter). But reading ...

Not what I was expecting from the headline, sadly.

Re: BC Lions or Vancouver Lions?
The point is, the team is advertising themselves as The Pride of All BC. Then they come up with something that is only available in a select area of the province. Hardly representing "all" BC, IMO. If this was the first time we'd been left out, I could sort of understand.

Fate cannot be in one's hands. Fate, by definition, refers to a predetermined inevitable course of events. Fate is, then, by definition, specifically never in one's hands. The nature of fate is that it is always beyond one's control.

Re: Best Surprises/Most Disappointing
Good post, Blitz. Threads like these are the reason I come to this forum.
2. Korey Banks-we all know what Korey Banks can do but playing nickel for his second season, Banks is tied for most sacks on our Leos, he's made some huge plays, and should be in the running for Defensive Player of the Year ...

Re: Lions/Stamps Post Game Rant
This thread seems to be doing it's job.
It's gonna confuse some people who only check in after the game, though!
And, sasklionsfan is absolutely right. That *insert random penalty* call was horrible. That was NEVER called when Buck or Casey were the victims of *insert random felony*. The refs ...

Which begs the question....................what was a seagull doing in Calgary?
Apparently they were playing at a Casino there:
